Character De-Roling Ritual: Perform a 5-minute physical and vocal shake-out to explicitly disconnect your nervous system from the emotional state of your character.

Somatic Tension Release: Spend 10 minutes on a foam roller or doing progressive muscle relaxation to unknot the physical anxiety held from auditions or high-stakes scenes.
